Sometimes Incentive needs to send outgoing emails. For instance when a user forgets their password.
In order for Incentive to send these emails you need to configure Incentive's SMTP settings. If you didn't do this during the installation, you can do it by clicking the menu icon in the top left corner (≡) and then Manage, Smtp settings.
After configuring the SMTP settings you can verify that everything works by going to Manage, Tools, Email Test.
